Below you can find out more about some of the experts in the business.

Jon

Jon is one of the original Founding Directors of Consumer Additions after setting up the business with Matthew Rouse back in 2015.

Previously, Jon worked for a number of years on the Consumer Team of a Global Executive Search firm before starting Consumer Additions. He specialises in senior level finance, COO and CEO hires within the Consumer sector and has 10+years’ experience in the industry .

Outside of work Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young children, following sport, specifically rugby and cricket and trying (unsuccessfully) to keep fit.

Fiona

Fiona has worked at Consumer Additions for 4 years , after previously working in the finance recruitment sector for over 15 years.

As part of the senior finance team, she focuses on permanent hires for qualified finance and accountancy roles, and her focus is on building long term relationships with clients to ensure the perfect fit of candidates for their team.

When she is not recruiting, Fiona is likely to be found in the sea. As a sea swimming enthusiast, she has completed a solo crossing of the English Channel and around the island of Manhattan and runs a sea swimming charity in Brighton.

David

David has been part of the team for nearly 6 years and heads up the finance recruitment function, which covers both interim and permanent hires.

Having worked in recruitment for over 10 years he specialises in permanent and executive finance hires across the consumer sectors.

When he is not being bossed around by his two daughters he enjoys exploring Europe and the many new restaurants that London has to offer.

Wayne

Wayne manages the Marketing, Digital and Creative division at Consumer Additions. He spent 10 years in Sales & Marketing working for luxury brands such as Saint Laurent, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana & Roberto Cavalli before moving into recruitment to focus on the fashion retail, luxury and consumer goods sectors.

Now 14 years in the sector, Wayne has worked with a diverse selection of businesses from large PLC’s and SME’s to PE backed brands and he and the team recruit all levels from Junior Executive to C-Suite.

Wayne likes exploring new places, renovating houses and on a sunny day, he can be seen riding about on his superbike.

Lucy

Lucy has worked in the retail sector for over 7 years and now been part of the Consumer Additions team for nearly 2 years.

With experience in both our Qualified and Part Qualified Finance teams, Lucy currently focuses on Part Qualified finance and accountancy roles, for both interim and permanent hires across all the consumer sectors.

In her spare time, Lucy loves travelling to new places and exploring all the various markets and places to eat around London.

Oliver

Oliver joined Consumer Additions as Associate Director, focusing on mid-senior roles within the FMCG market. Prior to joining Consumer Additions, Oliver gained extensive experience recruiting for organisations across the food, beverage and luxury industries, structuring, building and developing high-performing teams.

For the past 8 years, a particular focus has been in headhunting for the drinks sector, placing senior level candidates in some of the most high-profile roles in the industry.

Oliver has a particular interest in Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and offering a personable approach to both his candidates and clients. Outside of work he can be found breaking up fights between his cat and dog, singing karaoke or attending spin classes.
